Introduction:
Gary Wolfe was the fourth president of the Case Management Society of America. He holds the distinction of being the President who brought Jeannie Boling on board as Executive Director. Doing so enabled the CMSA as a professional organization to move forward in an efficient and effective manner allowing it to grow to one of the leading professionals organizations in today’s healthcare industry.

Gary has had a diverse career in the practice of case management ranging from managed care, to consultant, to physician management practice. Many will know Gary as the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Care Management, one of the leading national case management publications that focused on bringing news and education to certified case managers.

Leadership Interview: Gary talks to listeners about the role of case managers in physician practice. He shares his views on the important role case managers bring to both providers and consumers regarding education, empowerment, and care coordination.
