Adherence an Essential Mark of Effective Case Management Outcomes
“I have begun to recognize that adherence may be the outcome. If you have adherence, I think that, by default, you have to have an educated, empowered patient and a good coordinated plan of care. If we can really demonstrate that we make changes in adherence, we can demonstrate that we also have an impact on the other things.”
