Introduction:
Susan Rogers is a certified nurse case manager specializing in teaching and consulting on nationally trended, cutting-edge healthcare issues. She currently works with Select Medical Physical Therapy Outpatient division to establish a collaborative practice model for their centers of excellence in the workers’ compensation arena. Fueled by her case management experience of more than 20 years, Susan developed a thorough appreciation of every aspect of the healthcare environment, from payer to provider to consumer. This experience contributes to her understanding of the transitions of care via a collaborative model. National president of the Case Management Society of America in 2005-2006, she remains active in the case management community. Her presentation skills are always rated highly by the audience and she has had many return requests. She sits on many advisory panels and develops programming for case managers in all arenas.
