Video & Visuals: A Picture Says a Thousand Words
Sometimes words alone just won’t do. When you want to get your message across to patients,
colleagues, coworkers, and others, visual aids are the way to go.
They offer a creative and compelling way to express ideas and engage your audience.
But locating these resources can take time, a commodity that many of today's case managers
and disease management specialists simply don't have. To help simplify this process,
Video & Visuals provides links to a variety of promotional and educational
resources from
posters and charts to videos and slide shows to
help case managers educate others as well as themselves.
Video & Visuals is a work in progress and submissions
are always welcome. If you would like to share a visual aid that you created
with other case management professionals, please contact Anne Llewellyn,
Editor-in-Chief of Case Management Products, at

We are anxious to hear back from you regarding your view of this new site and
